Commission Chairman Percy L. Brown, Jr. called the special meeting of the Hancock County Commissioners to order at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in the commissioners meeting room of the Hancock County Courthouse located in Ellsworth Maine with Commissioner Blasi in attendance.

MOTION: to approve the hire of Catherine Ray of Ellsworth as a Legal Secretary I, at Step 8C, $14.20 per hour, effective October 19, 2013. (Blasi/Brown 2-0, motion passed)
